We’re always looking for the next breakthrough, but what if one of the most effective tools for depression and anxiety has been part of our daily routine all along?


A July 2025 study by Munro, published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, analyzed 63 studies including 79,551 participants and found that exercise significantly reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety. Aerobic exercise showed the strongest effects, with the greatest reduction in depression symptoms seen in adults aged 18–30 and women after childbirth. For anxiety, lower-intensity, shorter-duration exercise was found to be most effective.
