For many, it’s a chance to rediscover the heart of medicine in systems designed to support both patients and providers.


In 2025, more American physicians are looking beyond U.S. borders — not just for new jobs, but for healthcare environments that respect their expertise and align with their values. Only time will tell if this trickle becomes a tidal wave and worsens the U.S. physician shortage.
