In a recent interview on the Medicare Mark Radio show on WVOX Westchester, I talk about why I chose to leave traditional medicine to become a Board-Certified Patient Advocate. I use my knowledge of both the clinical and the business sides of healthcare to help people. Unlike most doctors, I have a deep understanding of the economic drivers behind all the different levels of care. This means I can explain and navigate clients past the behaviors of doctors and nurses that make no sense to most people.
